Quality Policy Statement

The Management and Staff of George Taylor & Co. Lifting Gear (Midlands) Limited, are fully committed to supply products of high quality and to give a first class Customer Service. We are constantly measuring Customer satisfaction, and always striving to improve our service. Each person within the Company is required to perform to the best of their ability, to ensure the best possible Customer Service and Care is achieved.

The Company continually liaises with their Approved Suppliers to ensure all products meet relevant Technical, Safety and Legal requirements.

Through this constant communication, the Company is always looking to develop new products and is focused on close Customer Feedback to ensure all relevant supplied items not only meet the Customer requirements, but endeavour to exceed their expectations.

The quality system within George Taylor & Co. is fully documented within both the Quality Manual and the Operating Procedures Manual, and complies fully with the requirements of BS.EN. ISO.9001. It provides a framework for establishing and reviewing objectives as required by the standard and includes:

  • Review of Company Budgets (Set by senior management on an annual basis) & Targets (shown on the comparison graph Sales Invoice Figures).
  • Review of targeted goals for successful order completion and on time delivery which is set at 97% success rate.
  • Continuous review of customer feedback and implementation of actions and/or findings where applicable.

The documented Quality System expresses the total commitment to quality within the George Taylor Group, and is supported by the Quality Policy Statement and the Health & Safety Policy Statement. The Quality Assurance System is monitored on a regular basis at our Quality Assurance Meeting, to ensure that the aforementioned standards are maintained.

This Statement underlines the importance and commitment that the Management and Employees of the Company give to the Quality Policy. Compliance with the Quality Policy and the documented procedures is a mandatory rule for all Company Personnel.
